Instructions for use and debugging

(1) Blade installation

Check if there is a gasket at the connection of the tool head (the gasket may also be at the middle connection of the tool handle).

Align the M5 thread fastening hole of the blade with the M5-90 degree countersunk screw hole and insert it (pay attention to the groove at the connection when inserting, corresponding to the connection).

Finally, insert the M5-90 degree countersunk screw and tighten it with a hex wrench to secure the blade.

(2) Blade installation

Use a hex wrench to unscrew the screw from the threaded fastening hole and remove the blade cover.

Clamp the circular blade between the blade fixing ring and the blade tightening thread. When clamping, pay attention to the clamping surface between the blade fixing ring and the blade tightening thread

Use an open-ended wrench to secure the blade thread, and then use an Allen wrench to lock the blade counterclockwise.

Finally, lock the blade cover tightly (it can also be disassembled and replaced with a presser foot component), and the installation of the blade is complete.

(3) Pressure foot installation

Align the M3 cylindrical countersunk hole of the presser foot with the M3 threaded fastening hole of the blade, and then tighten the screw with a hex wrench.

(4) Frequency regulation

The frequency can be adjusted by turning the adjustment hole on the driver. Insert a small cross screwdriver into the adjustment hole, rotate clockwise to increase the vibration frequency, and counterclockwise to decrease the vibration frequency. (Note: The adjustment knob is a precision electronic component and should not be adjusted with too much force.).

Before powering on, confirm that the wiring is correct.

When tightening the blade, do not apply too much force.

4. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble the blade.

5. When installing the blade, pay attention to safety.

6. Pay attention to the direction of blade rotation! If rotating in reverse, the blade is prone to loosening.

When the motor temperature is too high, it can be cooled by blowing air. The cooling gas connected must be clean and dry.
