Instructions for use and debugging

(1) Installation and disassembly of blade cap

Align the guide rivet on the blade cap with the installation groove of the vibration blade handle, and press the blade cap into the handle with a slight force. When you hear a click, the blade cap is installed in place.

Check if the upward and downward movement of the blade and hat barrel is smooth.

When pulling out the blade cap, keep the blade cap straight with the handle and pay attention to safety.

(2) Blade installation

Loosen the M4 top screw and insert the blade in the direction shown in the diagram; Insert the blade to the bottom (approximately 13mm in length); Lock the M4 top screw and rotate the shaft at the end of the motor by hand to ensure that the blade can slide easily.

(3) Blade clip disassembly

Method 1: Use a screwdriver to move the blade clamp back and forth. Once the blade clamp is loose, it can be removed (recommended for use).

Method 2: First, use a blade clamp to hold the waste blade, then use pliers to hold the blade clamp and pull it out.

(4) Installation height adjustment

Unscrew the adjustment screws, two screws on each side for a total of four, move up and down to the appropriate position, and tighten the screws.

(5) Frequency regulation

The position of the adjustment hole varies in different versions. Insert a small cross screwdriver into the adjustment hole and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vibration frequency. (Note: The adjustment knob is a precision electronic component and should not be adjusted with too much force.).

(6) Oil injection and maintenance

Unscrew the top thread of the oil injection hole and drip clean sewing machine oil or other liquid lubricating oil.

After the machine is finished working, it is necessary to use an air gun to clean the small debris stuck on the blade to prevent the debris from entering the working area of the blade and causing the blade to get stuck.

If the blade is not used for a long time, oil should be injected into the oil hole and the blade should be left empty for 5 minutes to fully produce an oil film on the sliding part of the blade and reduce air corrosion.

matters needing attention

1. Separate configuration of switch power supply, it is recommended to configure 24V10A or above.

2. Before powering on, confirm that the wiring is correct.

When adjusting the frequency, do not apply too much force.

4. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble the blade.

5. When installing the blade and blade cap, pay attention to safety.

When the motor temperature is too high, it can be cooled by blowing air. The cooling gas connected must be clean and dry.
